The Tennis Volley
The volley stroke is when you hit the ball before it bounces on your side of the court. Usually this stroke is made when you ”attack the net” to put extra pressure on your opponent. The volley stroke should be executed in a forward/downward ”slice” for optimal control and precision.
At the net, try to always keep your hands and racquet high as you'll be faster to get into position for the next volley stroke when it comes at you.
Be light on your feet to be able to move rapidly from side to side.
